Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for £4.93. Orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, email hello@solohaven.co.uk.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Email us at hello@solohaven.co.uk within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, all prices shown at checkout include UK VAT where applicable.
