We ship across the United Kingdom and aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times & Rates

• Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 business days — Free on orders over £35, £3.95 on orders under £35.
• Express UK Delivery: 1-2 business days — £4.93.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not order date, and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Blue Monday sales).

VAT & Import Charges

All prices shown at checkout include UK VAT (20%) where applicable, in line with post-Brexit import rules for goods valued up to £135. You won't be charged anything extra on delivery for orders within this threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact hello@solohaven.co.uk.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right — replacement or refund.

Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, but we'll do our best to help if there's an issue.
